Geranium - flower of Pelargonium sidioides

A wild species of Geranium with dark purple flowers and small silvery leaves. A stunning little beauty. This was the first Geranium (indoors) in my collection. When I saw it I just knew I had to own it. Without it my life would never be complete.... :). I still prefer the wild species before the modern cultivated ones and of the cultivated ones I like the oldest most. But I DO love fancy-leaved Geraniums, primary hybrids and the scented-leaved too. As you can see in the comments this species has been used in a herbal remedy called "umka"
