The spooky thing about this mummy is that he/she has no top teeth- probably chewing too much coca! From an excavated Inca cemetery somewhere near Nazca, Peru 2000
In the Andes countries a "huacero" is a treasure hunter. They go digging into burial mounds looking for old graves and treasure. Normally in the countryside- there is a lot of folklore attached to such sites and their existence is well known. The stereotype is of a group of local men who after an evening sitting round a fire drinking beer and chewing coca decide to have a dig in a place where they'd normally be too superstitious to go. The stuff of legends and horror stories the world over.
